Dr. Meet Parikh is the Consultant Ophthalmologist at Shreenath Hospital. He leads a team of trained eye care professionals whose aim is to ensure your safety at every step. He is a passionate eye surgeon who completed his post-graduation in M.S. Ophthalmology from Medical College Baroda (BMC) and Sir Sayaji Rao General Hospital (SSGH) in 2020, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for his outstanding performance during his residency.

Pursuing his dream of becoming a cataract surgeon, he obtained a two year fellowship at the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital ,Coimbatore. Being trained by the stalwarts in the field of advanced cataract surgery (Phaco) , he has a wide ranging experience of operating all types of cataracts using the latest available cutting edge technology.

With an experience of over 1400 surgeries performed single- handedly under his belt, he started private practice in Baroda under the mentorship of renowned cataract surgeon Dr.Paras Mehta (Sir) at Baroda Eye Institute ,before establishing his private practice at Shreenath Hospital.

He has a keen interest in Phaco (Cataract) surgery and comprehensive anterior segment management including Refrative Surgery and Glaucoma management.

Apart from ophthalmology he has an avid interest in gardening. He also enjoys spending time reading and playing the piano.
